Well, in order to use less WAPs, I am trying to switch from real 1/2&1/2 in my coffee (2 TBS.=1 pt.) to Silk Original soymilk (Core). Or maybe a combination of FF milk AND Silk soymilk...

I'm trying to substitute fructose (Core) for the sucanat I use on my oatmeal. Actually I'm down to 1 teaspoon of sucanat from 1 TBS. so that's pretty good! :)

Are you trying to substitute any Core foods for non-Core items that you have to spend WAPs on?! I'd like to hear~

I like ALOT of creme in my coffee, so it would take alot of points.. so I drink my coffee without creme... but when I feel like cremed coffee I make a non-fat latte of sorts with skim milk and instant coffee.. this gives me the creminess coz it's made with ALL milk, and a spoon full of instant coffee flavours it..

I found a Starbuck's Frappucino clone (maybe on BCB's recipe boards) and it is really creamy! It uses the FF Evaporated milk, along with ice and coffee and sweetener. It is also very filling...!
