I am also maintaining on core. I find that it makes me feel like I'm eating like 'normal' people do. I'm not so much on a diet but I'm eating healthy. I have almost all core foods in my house and DF cooks all core so I don't usually have to use any points, so I use them to go out.
Core has been such a relief! I have brain power to think of things other than how many points I've used today and how many flex points I have left. (I never was the journalling type)

Crazyfrog~ I admire people that eat all-Core during the day...! :) I haven't been able to do that yet. I eat about 5 WAPs per day, and use them up that way.

I use Light Cranberry Juice to flavor my waters (1 WAP), 1/2&1/2 in my coffee (1), brown sugar on my oatmeal/cold cereal (1), and a few others on tofu pate, etc. I've cut back on the sugar I use from 1 TBS. to 1 tsp. so I'm trying to cut back on my "daily" WAPs... ;)

I love Core for maintenance, too. I think I'll be able to do it successfully this time! :D (((fingers crossed)))

After starting with Winning Points, the Flex and finally Core; I can honestly say that for me Core is the easiest to follow and stick with. I can see no problem maintaining on it for life. I don't feel deprived at all because I can have so many different foods from the core list.

after coming off of provida I came to core to maintain, just hoping not to gain really.. I was losing a little bit, but about 3 days ago I went of a medication that keeps from gaining weight from the OTHER medications that I'm on, so now I'm up about 3 lbs in a couple days.. so today I added the medication back in.. but other than that core was doing great for me.. I did have a tendency to crave peanut butter, so that messed up my points for the day.. coz I wanted something heavy, you know? something fatty and heavy.. and I would have a spoonful of peanut butter mixed with honey and it would make me feel better, but it would take me over my points.. i did that for about 3 days.. I hope it's not the shape of things to come.. other than that, core is great for me.. actually the peanut butter cravings might have coincided with me going off the medication.. so it might be ok now.

Now that I see that I CAN lose some weight on core, and that I won't gain, I am hoping to lose about 10 or so pounds at least.. but mostly I'm looking to core to maintain for the rest of my life.. I love it!!
