woo hoo. i weigh in on wednesdays and was disapointed b/c I stayed the same as the week before. but I've had 2 great days and am not hungry, and enjoyed everything I ate both of those days. It feels great! Now, for the weekend....

It's good to feel good :D. Make a note in your points tracker for those days that you felt really good, so that on a day when you are down you can look back and see what works. I keep a scrapbook with all my acheivements, dates I did exercise, NSVs and yummy recipes in it, as well as a tracker journal for inspiration when I have a bad day.
