I know not everyone is Catholic, but I think Pope John Paul II needs all the prayers he can get right now. Last I checked he was in a coma after heart failure, a fever, urinary tract infection...not to mention all the other problems he has had. Poor guy.

I am just so sad with these developments. I know he's in God's hands and I continue to pray.

He's not in a coma, he's conscious, he's just very ill and very weak. I do pray for G-d's will and that this precious man of peace does not suffer. He means so much to so many.

What an exceptional man, who has had a lifetime of "fighting the good fight". I am praying for his recovery. :bcbsalute

I am not Catholic, but I believe that the Pope is a good, moral, Godly man and my prayers are with him. He has done so much to further Christ's cause here on earth and I pray for a recovery for him. I also want to say a prayer for the man who will be his replacement if he passes on. This man has a large task ahead and big shoes to fill.

Being of reglious faith, I find myself very saddened by these new details of the Pope's Condition. I know that he is in God's hands and I am intently praying that he recovers. What a wonderful man of peace and kindness. He has tried so hard to show the world to Take Care of each other. I certainly hope that he is peaceful right now as I write this, I hope he is calm and knows that his life has been a WONDERFUL experience not only for him, but those who's lives he touched. :angel

God Bless the Pope, he needs as many prayers as he can get.
