View Full Version : Home Weight vs. Meeting Weight

I have a quick question. I weigh on Thursday evenings at my ww meeting (so tonight I will pose the same question to my leader). On the same day (in the morning) I weigh myself naked on my home scale. Obviously there is a pound differential. Well this morning my weight was 224, which would drop my point category to 26 from 28). I will weigh heavier tonight leaving me still in the 28 point range. So the question is do I take my morning weight and drop my points by 2 or do I wait for my meeting weight to drop first?

I am not stressing about it I just went "mmmmm" and wanted to see what the general consenses was.

Hmmm....

I would probably go by their official weight unless you're in a big screaming hurry to lose those points. :D

I've been weighing myself at home for the past couple of weeks, I'm interested to see what the scale at WW will say on Saturday morning when I finally get to go!
