I usually use about 15-20 flex pts a week. On weeks that I spread it out (2 one day, 1 the next...) I lose about 1.5 pounds. On weeks that I use them all for just one or two big meals, I lose about .5 or even gain a little. This has been proven over and over. I'm just curious as to why this would be the case! It is the same amount of food, just eaten in a different way. Oh, exercise is almost always the same each week. Someone enlighten me as to why my body is so weird!

How close to weigh-in are the bigger meals? Do you suspect it's from unprocessed food in your intestinal tract? I would, especially if it's a slight gain.

That is certainly a possibility. I will analyze my point trackers to see if that could have been the case in previous weeks.

This week, however, I had two restaurant meals the two consecutive nights after WI. My scale here read that I was up a pound. My body will NOT release that pound (after 4 days of eating my 24 with no flex)! No more flex points than normal used, but just used all at once. The good news is that I don't go out much and don't use a lot of flex points in one sitting very often, so it isn't often an issue. But, I like to use the flexibility of the plan when I need to. My body is so inflexible!:crazy:
