This is a bit of OT from ww but Okay I am SICK of my hormones! Ever since I had amy I am a crying FREAK! I thought maybe after I had her it would stop but I think it's just gotten worse with each child I have! I cry over the dUMBEST things I SWEAR! It's ridiculous at times. I mean I could be watching a commercial, a movie, or listening to a sad song and I cry. Like today I was watching Freaky Friday, I cry when the band is signing at the club, I don't know why it's not even a high light of the movie really, at least not until the daughter plays the guitar and the mom acts like she is playing it, by then I am almost bawling. I watched another movie the other night and almost bawled through it because it was about a mother who lost her husband and children due to a wreck, every time they would show her children walking, I would bawl (thinking of my own children) and sometimes, I bawl at happy stuff to, it could be a stupid tv show. OMG it's INSANE. I am already a sensitive person so this is just crazy what I do. Not only do I cry about movies, but the littles thing will set me off. I really really really am beginning to HATE hormones! Am I the only Booo-hoooer here? lol.

You aren't alone. After my 1st was born I would cry at the drop of a hat. Even the Energizer bunny would set me off. It is normal, but don't ignore it. Talk to your Dr. he is the only one who can evaluate if it is hormones or something else. You might need a mild anti-depressant or just a break from the kids.

Hi Buddies}}}}}}}}} I can empathize how you must feel/be go`in thru.
I agree it`s " normal ", but still to be brought to a Dr.`s attention.
I`ve experienced similar ocurrances, only @ things that are sincerely sad; but where I`d be able to hide my feelings more & I guess since I`ve had 6 preemie infants & 1 deceased as an infant & then divorced after 17 yrs of marriage & then to end a 2 yr engagement....I guess it doesn`t hurt to be a li`l emotional now & again. I guess it just makes me feel like I may "tarnish" my tomboy image. I hope you do feel better buddy & hope to hear any improvements soon!!
Take Care & Have a Grand OP Day!!

P.S.== My DD thinks because I`ve never experienced any hormonal/ feminine irritabilities; is to credit the high volume of soy I consume daily. I think she just says that because I only give her 10 ozs of my liter of soymilk!!

I'm not sure how old the baby is, but I am very concerned about her Mommy. You need to call the Dr. first thing Monday morning and get into that office. New Mommy's hormones are labile ( out of whack and constantly changing) and you may need closer monitoring to keep track of what is going on.
Do you get enough sunshine? Please, don't laugh, sunshine is as necessary as breathing. And in winter, we humans tend to stay indoors. But artifical light can cause mood swings, and even true depression in some people. bundle the little ones up and take a walk every day unless it's pouring or snowing. The fresh air will do you all good.
