take the stems and peel them and steam until soft.
Put into the blender with some veg or chicken bouillon (just a bit)
Add a bit of garlic (to taste), lemon juice and a bit of olive oil.
Blend
Serve over pasta. It is sort of like a green pesto without the fat.
