Hello to everyone I am new here but have been reading this site for about 2 months. Finally decided I would try posting. Is there anything anyone could advise on the exercise part? I am trying for 3 to 4 times per week, but was wondering what all kind of excercise counted. If anyone has any advise I would sure like to hear it:workout:

Welcome! I'm new here too - although not new to the weight watchers program. I haven't followed it religiously like I should have back then.

I guess in terms of exercise, anything where you move your body counts. Gardening. Walking. Walking up Stairs. Vacuuming. Just move your body more than you normally would.

Welcome Countrylady

Exercise can be light such as walking a dog, moderate exercise like riding a stationary bike, and then high intensity exercise really makes ya sweat like running. As long as your moving and consistent then it is a good thing.

Howdy CountryLady!

Welcome to the 50+ board. I'm glad you've decided to try posting. :D

Exersice is any kind of work. Housework, yardwork, running, walking, dancing, biking. If your body is moving, you're doing some sort of activity. I hope that answered your question.

Post often. I look forward to getting to know you.

Hi and welcome!

Like the Buddies said, anything that you do to move your body is exercise!
