I am down 2.5 pounds!!!! YES!!! I'm in motion!!!! :headover:
I journaled all week, drank water :ugh: and measured. I'm loving that on-line journal I mentioned lastweek. I actually look forward to making my entries.

Congrats. Linda - that's so great - a wonderful loss!!!!
I'm proud that I stayed OP. last week and curtailed my after dinner eating. I had a stressful type week and kind of got down and depressed, but I hung in there. Things are feeling/looking better this week. I have WW. tomorrow. I'm proud that I took advantage of the nicer weather and go more walking in too.

Yea for you, Linda! Yet another reminder that the program really does work! When I don't lose, I pretty much know it's because I didn't do all of the things you did! Way to get back on board!

Good for you Ashlee for hanging in. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is NOT give up.
I'd say you have lots to be proud of!! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_5_111.gif

Linda - what an awesome loss for you! :)
Because of my husbands recent surgery people from church have been bringing over meals. You can't immagine how diffiicult it is to stay on program when you have no idea what is for dinner and what people usually bring is a delicious feast! I'm CERTAINLY not complaining, though, it has been SUCH a blessing!
Well, tonight's dinner was a delicious, incredibly tender pot roast with potatoes, carrots & gravy. On the side was rice, green beans & homemade biscuits. And then for desert they included a Village Inn French Silk pie.
It was SO good. When I made my plate I took a little bit of meat, some carrots, skipped the potatoes & rice, took a big pile of green beans and a biscuit. It was so good I didn't want to stop but rather than digging in for seconds on everything I only took seconds on the green beans.
And for desert while everyone else is eating the french silk pie I am thawing a serving of Weight Watchers fudge cake for myself.
It feels SO good to be in control!

Robijax - you showed amazing strength with that delicious meal brought in! Good for you! And Linda and Caroline - good job on your losses! Glad everyone else is keeping up the great attitudes and motivation, just what I love seeing here as it helps me stay on this road - and actually enjoy it!
Today, I was so proud to have reached the 10.4 lb. lost - got my ribbon! I am actually starting to believe my losses are not a fluke, that the Core Plan is working for me! Next week, hope to be into Onderland forever and ever!
Everyone, keep up the great work!

Congratulations!
Although I was OP (oops) I am proud to say that I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes today - had to hop off because all of the water I've been drinking, but still - it was exercise!
