I used 2 Tbsp of SF DaVinci Syrup, chocolate, and added one marachino cherry. It was really like a banana split. I froze 1 cup of milk, 2 packets of equal, and the chocolate SF DaVinci syrup for 1 1/2 hours then added 2 whole frozen strawberries and 1/2 frozen banana. It was Great! Anne

I have a question LOL!

Vanilla...is it vanilla extract?? This sounds SOOO good but have to omit choc, though! ;)

There's lots of talk at WW meetings about their brand of smoothies, but I haven't been convinced to buy one yet, though the strawberry flavor sounds good. Then I came across this recipe, which sounds even better--what a great way to get in another milk (especially for those age 50+). I'm going to try it tonight--what a great way to get in another milk. Thanks!

This does sound great, thank you! In the mornings, I'm not very hungry, but I'm usually thirsty, so smoothies are a great treat for breakfast.

i made this with blueberries instead of strawberries because that was all i had. Very good!! Don't know if it changed the points though. I love smoothing for breakfast because i don't like to cook!!
