Today we talked about how we had done with the Thanksgiving meal, and how we would do things differently for the Christmas meal. We all made commitments to loose > 0.5 lbs the weigh in after Christmas.
In a room with about 40 members, only 12 had losses, totaling 16 lbs. I was delighted with my 1.8 lb weight loss.
