hi,

i own the dining out guide...but there is nothing for Outback stakehouse, TG Fridays, etc. How do you know what is OK...and points and so forth?

Outback is one of our regular stops! It is listed here at this site under the 'eating out' tab. I'm sure TGIFridays is there, too (we don't have one in our town so I've never looked). Here's the link for the Eating Out Guide here:
