I had this at a friend's candle party and it was delish. she served it cold and it was great like that, but i assume that you could serve it warm as well. just sub everything like the sour cream and refried beans and cheese for fat free and it will be core. Although, can someone confirm that taco seasoning is core???? i'm not sure about that one.... she sent me the recipe which she got off allrecipesl.com.......here it is...

7 - Layer Dip
Submitted by: BUSH'SŪ BEST Beans
This creamy, irresistible Mexican-style dip is perfect for parties!
Servings: 8

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 1/2 (16 ounce) cans BUSH'S BEST Refried Beans
1 (16 ounce) jar chunky salsa
2 cups lettuce, shredded
1 large tomato, chopped
2 avocados, diced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives


Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
2. In sauce pan, combine BUSH'S BEST Refried Beans and salsa. Heat on medium
until evenly blended. Let cool.
3. Shred lettuce. Dice tomatoes, avocadoes and green onions. Take cooled
BUSH'S BEST Refried Beans and salsa and spread in 11x13 inch pan. Spread sour
cream/taco seasoning mixture over beans.
4. Layer the cheese, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, avocadoes and green onions in
that order evenly over each ingredient. Serve with tortilla chips.

If you choose a taco seasoning that does not contain sugar or cornstarch or any non-Core ingredients, it is Core. Better than that, make your own! I've posted homemade taco seasoning here previously.

sounds great if you could eat tortilla chips! lol What are we allowed to "dip" in the dip??? There I am back to the missing crunchy/salty! lol:crazy:
