Wendy's posts nutritional information on all their menu items on their website. They also have nutritional handouts at the stores, but you have to ask for them. I usually get one of them and use my points finder to find out how many points they are. Also some of the websites like Dotties Weightloss Zone have the points already calculated. I think this site used to have it also. Not sure since the change. Good Luck.

I just checked this website. Go to dining out and look under Wendys. FYI the Cesar Salad is 3 points w/out dressing. The whole packet of dressing is 7 points.

You should get the WW Dining Out Companion Book it helps you out tremendously. The book says that the Caesar side salad is 2 points ( w/cheese and everything). I usually get the Reduced Fat Ranch Dressing because the whole package is 2 points and it brings a little more than 2 oz. Either way it is still very good. All the other regular dressings are at least 6 - 7 points and you dont wanna waste all those points on just dressing. The regular side salad is 0 points.

Hope I've been helpful.
