View Full Version : Family Bulghur Recipe (Armenian Pilaf)

I LOVE this! I FEAR this! It is one of my favorite Armenian foods and I could eat the whole batch , if I let myself.

brown 1 cup of onions (diced) and 1 cup of WW fine noodles (break up linguini or spaghetti into 1" noodles if cannot find WW noodles) in 1 tblsp. olive oil and 1/2 cup FF margarine. Add two 14 1/2 oz. cans of beef broth. Bring to a boil and add one and 3/4 cups coarse bulghur. Season with a little salt and pepper. Cover tightly, lower heat to low and cook until all liquid is absorbed and bulghur is tender. This is really delicious!
