Hi I have a question for people that attend the meeting in the US.
At the meeting how many ww leaders and secretaries are there to weigh everybody and run the meeting?

At my meeting in Washington State we have one leader and the number of secretaries depend on the number of members that came the week before. It is usually 2-3 secretaries.

we have 1 leader and 2 secretaries. usually runs very smooooooooth.

At my meeting there is 1 leader and 2 secretaries for about 30 people (total). This varies by time of the year - they usually have more help at the new year.

At my meeting. We have 1 leader and 2 secretaries.

Well, I won't answer that question as I'm not in the U.S. :lol:

In all the meetings that I've been to in Georgia, there is 1 WW leader, and a minimum of two receptionists most times. I've attended meetings that were so crowded and popular that there was an additional receptionist.

How does this set up differ in Italy?

If I go on Friday, which is HUGELY popular, there is one leader, 3 receptionists, and the leader is weighing people in as well. This is at least 60 people. Other meetings it is 2 receptionists for 20-40 people.

thanks everybody for the information. It looks like here there is just going to be the leader weighing in and doing the meeting. Can you imagine especially now that the number of people is growing? We will see, but I think that our leader will be overwhelmed.
By the way, thank Godness for this website, an hour ago I had one of my weak moments but staying on line with you guys just helped get through it.
