I found this while perusing old threads; this is Core!

This chocolate pudding is delicious! My family loved it, and so did I. The pumpkin makes the servings slightly larger, more filling, and brings the pudding to ONE point!

A great way to fix your CHOCOLATE CRAVING!

Chocolate Surprise Cook & Serve Pudding
Makes 6-1/2 C. servings (or slightly larger)

2 C. skim milk (or reduced fat milk)
1 package Jello SF/FF COOK&SERVE Pudding, Chocolate
1 C. pumpkin or squash pulp, pureed
2 TBS. unsweetened cocoa

Add unsweetened cocoa to pudding mix and milk in saucepan. Make pudding according to package directions. After pudding has reached full boil, stir in PUREED pumpkin or squash well.

Put into 6 serving cups. Chill well. Add a dollop of Redi-Whip Light Whipped Cream (vanilla or chocolate) before serving.

For the whole recipe:

420 calories
7g fat
16g fiber

Divided by 6 servings:

70 calories
1.17g fat
2.67g fiber

ENJOY!! Carol

Carol,
I didn't think cook-n-serve pudding was core? Did I miss this? Please let me know because I like it much better than instant.

Thanks
Lori

As long as it's fat free & sugar free it would be Core.

Thanks, Judy! Judy's right. For some reason I prefer to "cook" my pudding. It tastes better than instant to me...

But you can use either one that is FF/SF! :bcbsalute :)
