so ladies I could use some help with this problem. Hope this is not tmi.
I am 49 and on WW and have lost 38 lbs, all going well. Walking can be hard, sometimes, though because of a bladder that just doesn't hold its weight in anything.

Now the weird thing. This problem comes and goes. When I went on a months vacation abroad, no problem. When I went camping for 2 weeks, no problems.

Can anyone help me out with this mystery. It is way beyond sneezing and laughing release, and is down to just walking along.

Thanks.

I think you need to see a gynecologist or a urologist. There can be lots of reasons you have this problem and often self diagnosis doesn't work...... Sheila

Please go see your urologist, there are alot of ways to help this, I had a bladder lift 1 1/2 yrs ago it is a very simple short operation, outpatient, they put a sling type thing around your bladder and let me tell you it was the best thing I ever did... it is so nice not to have to cross your legs everytime you sneeze or cough..they also have meds to help out..
