Apple Butter?

HI All!

WAs wondering if anyone had a sugar-free Apple Butter recipe that uses apples, not applesauce. I"d like to do this in the crockpot so that would be a big plus, too!

There is a great apple butter recipe in the crockpot section. It uses applesauce though.
