I am in the midst of researching the importance of sleep, the implications of night eating and how to maxamize production of human growth hormone when we sleep. I've found a few articles that may be of interest. I submit them to you without comment for informational purposes.

Paris, I wish I had something to offer... I have been watching this thread but so far no replies.

What do you know about it? I have been wondering about the importance of getting enough sleep to weight loss success.. in fact, that is the area I am trying to focus on now. I guess I don't know enough about it to recognize unbiased information if I ever see it.
