This morning I tossed 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds into my yogurt and blueberries. Unfortunately, I bought them in bulk, and didn't weigh them. Can anyone help me with the points? I'm doing core, but I don't think nuts are on the core plan, so I must count the flex points, right?
