This has probably been asked loads of time before, but maybe we'll get some new answers!

What do y'all do for dinner? Make single serving meals? Rely on TV dinners? Make one big dish and freeze it for the week? Other ingenious solutions?

I do all three. Quickie meals are soup (from a can) with bread; 2 cups (total) of 2 or 3 different vegetables cut up and quickly sauteed in as little oil as possible and served over rice, couscous or corn; Lean Cuisine meals. When I try a new recipe, I'll either eat it four days in a row, or (more rarely) freeze two portions.

What do you do?

I usually make larger meals and freeze 2-3 portions. Though sometimes I do make single serving recipes. When I use a recipe from the WW single serving pamplet that they gave out earlier this year or soups ect.

There's just the mister and I so I tend to make stuff that we can eat one night and freeze the leftovers (or eat them for lunch). I also like simple -- salads with grilled meats, quick soups and stews and sandwiches.

Someone on another board recently suggested buying the ww cookbook meals for two or something of that nature. Then u can either have the second preference for lunch or you can freeze it and write on the bag the pts as you would already figured it out once why figure it out again :)

I cook for two people, my sister and i. I usually just make enough for two. Unless its a box that you should prepare for four. Then when i put it in the fridge i put it in single servings and my sister takes some for lunch . We tend to do tv dinners for lunches rather then dinners. Stir fry is usually pretty cheep pts wise. I just steam my veggies then fry it with lite teryaki(sp). I don't want to use oil if i can find a free way around it. Fat free cooking spray works well too you just need to find one you like. I know some of them have a funny taste and im very picky.

Luv ya bunches,
