I thought this would be a fun question for the day! Is there any food you eat everday and you automatically write it at the top of your journal to start you tracking for the day? And if so what is it?
Mine is fat free creamer @ 2 points per day for my morning & afternoon coffee. Maybe not the healthiest food but I love it, so it is always at the top of my journal for the day. Have a great op day Blessings to all Jane :)

I am always going to have a glass of milk somewhere in my food plan whether its in the morning or in the evening. 5 days out of 7 I'm probably going to be eating some fat-free yogurt. I love fruit so you can pretty much bet that I'm going to be eating fruit also.

Coffee with 3 Splendas (or DV syrup) & 2 tbsp half + half. Always. :)

When I revamped my Excel Journal for the new guidelines to include 2 healthy oils a day I typed in my Green tea twice a day so I don't have to write it every week.
I almost always have a cup of milk or yogurt after dinner so most weeks I just write that along the bottom then change it to reflect what I actually had.

My beloved icy-cold skim milk!:) (So glad that on Core I don't have to count it.) I drink three or four cups daily.
Fresh fruit would be another daily must-have, particularly cantaloupe.

THe first time I did WW, it was 4pts of M&Ms a day. That's back when I wasn't using my pts wisely...I was trying hard to hold on to my old habits....
Now I have a different approach, I'm working my pts around the healthy food I need. I have at least 2 8-oz glasses a milk a day that I automatically build my day around.

Splenda and skim or 1% milk in my morning coffee.
I've tried to "talk" myself out of it for years - take it black - but I simply don't like it that way.

I always seem to have a banana smoothy at the top of my list.
That blender was the best kitchen appliance I have bought this year hehehehe.
1 medium banana, 1 1/2 cups ice cold skim milk and 2tsp honey. Keeps me going til lunch time for 3 Points *Pure Points Australia* :exercise:

2 points for a Mr. Freeze footlong icepop. It's a nice treat at the end of the day while watching TV.

For dairy, I always have fat free yogurt, various fruit flavors. I love it! Seems as much of a treat than a required dairy.
Lately I have also been having microwave popcorn as an evening snack almost every day. I always get those evening munchies. I had been eating pretzels but find warm, fresh popped popcorn much more satisfying.
Ginakathryn: Good for you, eating apples. :bcbsalute

I always start the day with either hot oatmeal or cold shredded wheat bites with a cup of skim milk and a cup of fresh fruit or frozen blueberries.

I eat 2 bananas and 2 cups of skim milk M-F 'cause I eat at my workstation. It fills me up and holds me til lunch and often beyond. My grandma ate a banana everyday too, to keep her potassium level up.:angel

Mine is regular soda. I am trying to quit but its really hard. I try not to have one every day because its a significant about of pts for a drink.

1 cup Special K & 1/2 cup skim milk
almost every single day this is at the top of my list.
Every few weeks on a Friday I skip the above and I splurge 10 points on a BEC McGriddle, but when I do I am so full come lunch time that it equals out and I still stay with in my points...

Quaker instant oatmeal, almost every morning at my desk for breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast before I started WW, so I find this as a good compromise. Its 3 pts., which allows for a bigger lunch and dinner and its pretty filling. Lots of variety in flavours too.

I've tried repeatedly to give up my morning coffee, but the only time I was successful for a significant amount of time was during my pregnancy. So my repeated points are 2 for my flavored creamer. My students may not appreciate the fact that I'm wide awake for first hour, but I'm a more cheerful person.:)

Soymilk with a scoop of low-carb whey powder (chocolate). It's quick so that I can get out the door in the morning, and it gives me a good boost of protein that gets me through the morning.

I`d have to say mine "usually" goes for wh wh toast & 1 Tbsp PeanutButter, which is a HUGE change from a 4" slather of PB,that I used to just "ADORE!!" That`s the PAST,since then I realized that peanutbutter toast IS crunchy!!
Another repeater is my (BBQ) soynuts in my salad & an occasional 8th Continent SoyMilk.
