I'm trying to find some good veg*n soups for lunch for me at home and for my husband at work. I have a can of Amy's no-chicken noodle I'm gonna try today. Any suggestions?

My husband and I like Progresso's Vegetarian Vegetable with Barley ..... it's good and only 1 point per cup, if I remember correctly. Progresso Minestroni is good also.

The Amy's was gross. My hubby has some Fantastic Foods soup cups at work. I'm waiting for reports on those.

Rincaro - our experience with Amy's was not a good one either and she is way too expensive, I think.
I have found some of the best vegetarian soups as recipes online (most are quick and fairly easy to make).

Hey, I have some brands of vegetarian friendly soups that I like:
-Amy's split pea (haven't tried other Amy soups yet)
-Baxters (particularly the lentil + vine tomato)
-Some of the Campbells Healthy request are vegetarian, Garden Veg. maybe?
-I have a favourite super-easy homemade one too:
Butternut Squash with roasted garlic.
-Roast a big butternut squash (slice in half) and two heads of garlic in a 350 oven.
-When soft, scoop out squash and squeeze out the garlic.
-Saute an onion and 2 carrots.
- Add squash, lots of ground/fresh sage, salt and pepper, and about 6 cups of broth or water.
-Puree in the blender until smooth. Add water or milk to get to a thickness you will enjoy.
-Heat and serve
