Cooking/Baking Maniacs out there?

Hi, my name is Elisia and I am a baking maniac. I love to cook, bake, collect recipes and experiment. If there are any others like me out here, let's exchange some recipes (WW). I have found some really great ones that i have been trying out this last week. (I am a week old for WW) Would love to share recipes and reviews with y'all.

Hi Elisia,

I guess I could be considered a maniac when it comes to cooking/baking! I have 2 different types of WW muffins sitting on the counter now and another batch in the freezer :crazy: And I'm always trying out new (WW) recipes. I've tried lots of them from this site and have a couple of cookbooks. I'm not much into experimenting (concocting my own creations) because if they didn't turn out I'd feel like I was wasting good money :ugh: I'd definitely be interested in reviewing/swapping recipes with you!

I love cooking and now have too many cookbooks to fit on my bookshelf. I have an expandable file folder stuffed full of recipes printed off the internet. I have Mastercook (which I'm not very good at using), and am demoing Living Cookbook. I would love to trade favorite recipes--I have several that are favorites, and I'd love to get more!

Hello Elisia,
I am a cookbook nut! And and I love to cook and bake. I just made some blueberry muffins. I think these will be good. they are 3 points each. It's hard to find a good muffin recipe that doesn't end up as a weapon, they are so heavy!
But we can exchange recipes, I have a lot! Also who ever else wants to do so ,I would be thrilled! The holidays will be here before we know it, maybe we could come up with some ww holiday recipes! We have Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I would be very interested in swapping WW recipes. I have fallen into the rut of eating the same things over and over. I think it's time for some new ideas. I haven't done much baking because most of it isn't worth the time and money it takes. My husband would love it if I would do some baking - if it was something good!!

Count me in - just let me know where and when!! LOL

Okay, I have only been on the board for about 1 1/2 weeks so am not acquainted with all the boards. How about we just post a Baking Board Here every day. We can exchange recipes and reviews right here. I will post our first one tonight. I have lots of reviews and recipes to share with y'all.

If anyone has a better way to go about this please step up. :work_out: Like I said, I haven't been here that long so am not sure how this works. Will just wing it until then, if that is okay with everyone else.:)

Well, that sounds good to me. I will start going through my recipes and see what I can find.

Is this recipe exchange for all recipes, or just baked goods?

I believe this will be recipes in general, not just baking. Elisia started another thread called Baking Board on this forum with a couple of her recipes.

Thank you, Duchess.:bcbsalute I am sorry....I wasn't ignoring, just out of town for the weekend. No, this is not strictly baking, all kinds of recipes are welcome! We could all probably use some new recipes. I know I tend to get stuck in a rut every now and then!:kiss:

Y'all please check out the Baking boards and feel free to add your recipes every day. I have one for a caramel apple salad I found that is divine! Will share it tomorrow if y'all don't already have it.
