Recipe Summary

Inactive Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 1 serving


1/2 cup plain organic yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup granola or whole grain cereal


Mix together yogurt, applesauce and honey. Chill for 20 minutes. Top
with granola.

Momma,

I've been doing essentially the same thing with berry puree from my electric food mill (cool because I don't have to "skin/stem/or tail" my berries!). I've added Jostaberry (tastes like strawberry/kiwi) and ripe red gooseberry puree.

I've not hear the term "gurt" before, but it must mean good! My DS loves yogurt and he'd love this.
