Hi Miss P! Is it correct that these have .9 (less than 1) gram of fiber per scone? Also do you know what kind of milk was used to figure the nutritional info? Just wanted to double check that these are 3 points for each scone.

These sound yummy. I'm looking for something different to try for breakfast that I can pack in my bag and take to work. Thanks for posting.

SS Katie:
The recipe just said milk so I think that they mean 2% milk because they probably would have said it otherwise. I think you could use fat free milk or skim milk and it could possibly be a point lower than 3. To be safe though, I would say stick with 3. The fibre is also 0.9 gram. :)

I hope they turn out well. I'm gonna try them sometime too. :) And you're right, it is a different recipe! :)

Thanks guys!
