I thought for a while before I set my WW lifetime goal and now I am wondering if I should have set it a little higher. I have been staying around the same for several weeks, I feel pretty good and everyone tells me I look great. I only have 6 pounds to go to make it to the original goal. What do ya'll think?

How did you set your goals and do you think they are working for you? Would love any and all opinions.

All I can really say is do what feels right for you. If you feel like you are at where you want to be after all of your hard work, then that is fine. But on the flipside if you change your goal for higher, you might start to feel like you have settled. It really all depends on how you feel.
These last few pounds are really tricky. I have been plugging away at my last 10 for quite sometime now. I seem to bounce up and down, and my leader says it is my body adjusting to the new me. IT may take a little extra hard work, but keep plugging away and it will eventually come off.
As for setting my personal goal, I picked 145 because that is what it has said on my drivers license since I was 16....lol. Even though I have not weighed that less since I was 16, I would love for it to actually be the truth:) Sounds stupid....I know:) But it has been one of my motivations.
And by the way, congratulations on being so close to goal!! you are doing so well! That is awesome.:headover::exercise::bcbsalute

Thanks for responding Martha. I spent some time coming up with the 145 to start with so I think I am going to keep it there for a little while. I know that I can make it to that. I agree with you about raising it, I set it at that point so that I could get there and have a buffer if I gained a couple of pounds. You are getting close, it does feel so good.

When I first joined WW, I thought it would be great if I got down to 150. So when I saw the range for my height, I was surprised to find that 148 was the high end. So, I went for 148 since it was close to where I wanted to be. As I dropped the weight, though, I realized that I could get a little lower. So, personally I want to get to 140, but I kept my goal at 148 so that I would have a buffer.

Just wanted to let you know that I didn't change my goal and if you see my signature, I am now only a pound away. I just needed to work at it a little harder and longer. Thanks for the support.
