Which PROGESTERONE is best ???

Hi,
I have been reading all of the good benefits smile.gif of NATURAL progesterone over synthetic progesterone.

My doctor agreed and said it would help alot.

I am 53 - - still having pds. -- but getting irregular. I know this is peri-menopause . . . :(

I want to try it most of all because of breast tenderness - which is always there. They are full and painful. :(

I am careful about avoiding all caffeine and don't eat chocolate ANYTHING.

I had a mammogram and it was normal . . . so they tell me it is hormonal.

There are so many brands out there. Can anyone tell me if you have tried the PROGESTERONE creams and what brand you like best and if you were happy with the results. :confused:

I bought PROGESTA CARE at my health store yesterday and am trying it. Also - - how long before you notice a difference.

My doctor prescribed pills for me. I take one a day for 25 days and 3 days off. I have a period for like 2-10 hours a month. I have no more breast tenderness, no more cramps, no more PMS with it.
