Island Breakfast Spread
8 oz Philadelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese
1 packet Splenda
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup raisins (optional)
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add Splenda, cinnamon, and rum extract. Stir in crushed pineapple and raisins. Mix well until combined.
Spread over English muffins, toast or a low-point bagel for additional points.
Serves 4 ½ cup servings @ 2 Points Per Serving
