This isn't so much a "recipe" as just a little concoction I came up with:
Ingredients:
2 slices Light Bread - 1 point
2 ounces Laura's Lean Ribeye or Sirloin Steak - 1.5 points
1/4 cup Egg Beaters - 1/2 point
1/8 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 point
1 Tablespoon Miracle Whip Free - 1/4 point
1 Tablespoon A1 Steak Sauce - 1/4 point
Pam
Slice up 2 ounces of grilled Laura's Lean Ribeye or Sirloin Steak - or, if it's raw, saute it with in a small frying pan with Pam - I used a leftover steak from grilling out the night before, though! Toast 2 slices of Light Bread. Spray pan with Pam and heat up. If using an already-cooked steak, put the slices of steak around the outside of the pan to heat, and pour the egg beaters in the pan. When you flip it, pour the cheese on top and spread around. When the toast pops up, spread on the Miracle Whip and A1 on both pieces, fold the egg and cheese in half and place on the bread, top with the steak and the other piece of toast, and eat up! YUMMMMMM!
