I too hope everyone is still smoke-free. Maybe nobody answering is a good sign. Maybe they are doing so good that they don't need as much support. I hope so.

I think you always need support just like our weight loss journey. I usually stop in but don't always have a lot to say.
Hope all is well with all of you.

One year, five months, three weeks, four days, 16 hours, 15 minutes and 19 seconds. 32620 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,996.33. Life saved: 16 weeks, 1 day, 6 hours, 20 minutes.

A little over a month for me!!!! Weeee---heeeee! It's actually harder for me now then the first week, maybe because I'm getting too confident or just not as focused (?) Don't intend to smoke so will keep working on it ;)
Hope everyone is doing well graemlins/wave.gif

Just thought I'd check back in let everyone know that I'm doing great not smoking. (Eating is another story.) 3 months quit now and it gets easier everyday  .

YAY for ALL of us!
I was talking to a coworker the other day, and she said "Wow Anne, its been almost a year for you." I realized that its true. I don't even really think about it. Its close to 11 1/2 months for me. I can't beleive it. I remember a year ago, DH and I were talking about quitting, and I would go into a panic attach whenever we discussed it. I thought "how will I ever live without smoking?" And I did. I have survived. Its been hard, but I figure we have saved a ton of money (thus the brand new car and the newer car...and new couch...) and I like being able to breathe.

What a difference a year makes, huh? ;)
