Weight Watcher Blizzard
Servings 1
estimated POINTS per serving = 3
Ingredients
1/2pkg(3.oz size) Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix,
1 cup FF milk 1 1/2 cup strawberries 1 cup
Ice
Instructions
Place all in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

My leader told us of something similar to this. You use half of your favorite 2pt bar, the Smart Ones ice cream, and a little LF milk. Makes a low point blizzard!!! Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good. You can vary the ice cream flavors and 2pt bars!!

No Jfboots never heard of that icecream bar blizzard i like to try it but i can find the weight watcher icecream sandwichs.

I have a question....
Recipes calls for..1/2pkg(3.oz size) Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix,
I'm a little confused...I went to grocery store and saw a BIG package of SF FF vanilla pudding package and it's 1.5oz package. Do I use 1.5 oz package or what? Sorry for the question but had to ask to make sure! LOL! :crazy:

I don't know about this recipe but I make one using the following ingredients for a base and then add any fruit I want:
1 c. skim milk
2 - 3 Tbsp. SF pudding mix (I normally use 2 Tbsp.)
1 c. ice
Splenda to sweeten fruit (if necessary)

I make something similar but using the WW smoothie packets. Here's my blizzard recipe :D
1 chocolate WW smoothie packet
about 1 cup of water
WW peanut butter giant ice cream cone, broken up into chunks
about 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract (really just to taste)
ice cubes (as many as you want, more ice makes a thicker shake)
Blend the smoothie packet, water, vanilla and ice until smooth. Then add the chunks of the ice cream cone and pulse until just mixed in. I like to have some chunks of ice cream in my smoothie so I only pulse a few times.
Super yummy, and filling, and only 3 points!
