:confused: At one time I had a Rice Krispie bar recipe that was made with Butter Buds and skim milk instead of butter...do any of you know what I am talking about and can maybe assist me with this...

How about using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray?

I got this from Molly McButter package...

Molly's Fat Free Krispy Rice Treats

4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups krispy rice cereal
3 Tbsp Molly Natural Butter Sprinkles
(or Butter Buds if you prefer)
A no-stick baking spray

Melt marshmallows over low heat or microwave on high 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter sprinkles and mix well. Quickly stir in cereal until well coated. Press mixture into a 13X9X2 pan which has been sprayed with no-stick spray. Cut into 24 squares.

If I calculated the points correctly, it is 30 points for the whole recipe. It didn't say anything about using skim milk, but if I were going to add any, I'd put a tiny bit in when melting the marshmallows. That's just my thought. Hope this helps.
