I'm trying my hand at making some biscotti and the recipe I have, Expresso Biscotti, calls for 2 tablespoons of ground coffee. Now, do you think that would be the regular grind stuff like you use to brew a pot or the instant stuff?

Hey Lisa ;)
I'm getting ready to make some myself for Christmas presents. Your best bet is to use the instant because it will dissolve easier than regular so you get the taste but not the grounds.

I always use instant coffee in any baking.
