Could someone run this recipe through MC for me? I found it on the No Pudge! site. If you need the No Pudge! info let me know. Thanks!
Ingredients:
1 package No Pudge! Fudge Brownie Mix
2/3 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 cups Shredded Zucchini (leave the peel on)
Directions:
Make batter according to package directions.
Stir in Zucchini.
Bake for 42 to 44 minutes.
It doesn't say how many servings it makes. Maybe 16? or 12?

If you have the label info for the No Pudge, add 155 calories for 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt to the total. The zuchinni is a free veggie but you can add it if you want at 35 calories and 3 grams of fiber for the shredded veggie.
If you use nonfat, sugarfree, sweetened with Aspartame yogurt instead, the calorie count is 84 for that 6 ounces. 0 fiber, 0 fat on either kind.
Divide by the number of servings and you have it smile.gif

Hi Jessica!
I'd need the label info from both the No-Pudge and your brand of yogurt. I also am not sure of servings, but I can do it a couple of different ways. Without the label info, I can't run it.
