Good Afternoon BCBers...........

I found a quick items that I bring for lunch sometimes so I don't get bored and eat the same things all the time.
I found "Uncrustables Grilled Cheese". They are round crustless sandwiches that come frozen  But when you microwave them 15 to 20 seconds on each side, wrapped in a napkin, well...they are delicious :D Plus they are 3 points each and I have had these with a big salad with balsamic vinegar mixed with garlic powder and some oregano (zero points). Yum !! So if you buy them enjoy.
They also make them in Peanut butter and Jelly!!
4 points each for these. They also stay frozen but in the morning take one out and by lunch they are ready to be eaten !! ;)

I found them in the freezer case by the Lean Pockets. Hope this helps. They are made by Smucker's.

As a current PTA pres. I have to put in a plug for Marketday (http://www.marketday.com) They sell these (Well the PB&J for sure) There might be a school near you that uses market day as a fundraiser.

Back in the days when I packed a lunch. (I am a stay at home mom now)

Here were a few of my favorites
1) baked potatoe in the microwave with cheese or salsa and ff sour cream
2) greek salad
3) tzitki and pita bread
4) freezer meals-- I would bulk cook chilis, lasagana, stews and soups and freeze in individual servings and take to work and nuke. Talk about zero effort on those lazy days. WW zero point soup is great for this.

fruit and yogurts were always easy, veggies and dip
