MasterCook Lesson 5 - Export and Post Recipe:
* Open recipe.
* Click the arrow on the Import/Export icon on the toolbar.
* Select Export and Mail from the list.
* Click the Folder tab.
* Select the location where you would like to export the recipe(s). I usually pick Desktop.
* In Text Options push the Text Only (*.TXT button). The other options give you a file that can be directly imported into MC, but there is a lot of extra formatting--distracting to anyone who is reading the recipe online. If you were passing directly to a person with MC you would choose the format to match their version of MC.
* Confirm you have the correct recipes listed in the Recipe pane. It will automatically list the recipe you have open at the time. You can add others by pushing the MasterList button (to the right of the recipe pane), opening a cookbook and dragging and dropping a recipe from the list to the pane.
* If you’re exporting more than one recipe you can do so as a single file (click the Single File radio button and enter a name for the file) or as multiple files (click the Multiple Files radio button to export them separately).
* Click the EXPORT button.
* Open the text file, highlight and copy, paste into the reply box on the website.
