"Give your weight loss some strength". We just reviewed booklets on exercise from week 5,9 and 11. Reviewed how good it is for weight loss, for general good health.

This was a timely topic for me. I have been working on increasing the amount of exercise I do each week. I have already looked at what WW provides, but it was good to hear other ideas. It helped my motivation.

Our leader included a "sales pitch" on the WW exercise videos. Anyone used these? How do they compare to Walk Away the Pounds? :cool:
