I love tea! It's replaced all but my one morning cup of coffee and I love sipping tea on the cold nights. Also love iced herbal tea!

Here's a few links to the benefits of tea.

Aspire, I'm with you! I drink tea pretty much all the time, due to aforesaid Indian ethnicity, LOL. :D

Yesterday I had a cup of coffee for the first time in two years and I did not like the way it made me feel--all jittery and anxious.

I'll stick to my tea, thank you very much! I always have it with skim or soymilk and a little bit of sugar, but one of the things I'm working on is reducing the sugar bit by bit.

Thanks for the links--they're great!

Oh, how I love tea, let me count the ways!

My only problem with tea is that I am a complete tea snob - I can drop a dime on tea and not even blink. My favorite is Republic of Tea's organic line. Yummy!

I am re-learning to love tea. I am used to drinking it with a TON of Splenda or sugar and milk. I am now drinking flavored iced tea w/o sweetener and my hot tea with 2 packets of Splenda (down from 4) and 2 tbsp half and half instead of 1/2 cup milk (more satisfying).

Who knew that something so common could be one of the super foods? Viva la tea!

I was a major java junky, drinking a pot of coffee a day was a light day for me. I switched to 'lite' a couple years ago and brought it down to 4 cups (okay, mugs) per day. I'd always put sweeteners and hazelnut creamer in it as well, really bad calories-wise!
I have sinced converted to tea only, no more coffee, and I don't miss it at all. I'm just starting with green and black teas and I love them!!! Who knew?
