Hi buddies -
I have a question - I am looking to make some brocolli (frozen) w/garlic?? How do you make that?? I mean - is there any interesting recipes...let's see - I have the broccoli, garlic, oil, salt, etc...can someone help me???? Thank you in advance buddies...
Hope all is well - and that everyone is enjoying their summer
Don't know if this is exactly what your looking for, but my mother always made this when we lived home. I lessen the oil used and its still good.
Pkg of Frozen Broccoli
1 Tblspn Olive Oil/Or\ Olive Oil Spray from Pam
Garlic (depends on how much you like)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Cook the broccoli until the fork goes in and strain it right away. Make the broccoli cool
completely. Either spray it or use the tblspn of oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper, then slice the garlic thin and mix together. Let it sit awhile
and enjoy !! :D

I'm east Indian and this is how I make it:
Saute garlic, a little red papper flakes( or u can use black pepper), 1/2 tsp cumin(an Indian spice, can be omitted), lots of garlic chopped fine in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add cooked brocolli and saute for a few more mins. Add salt to taste.
Hope this helps... graemlins/wave.gif

Another way is to cook the broccoli florets until tender - then saute as much garlic (2 or 3 cloves, diced) in a little bit of olive oil. In the meantime cook some pasta (shells or penne are nice) - Then mix the pasta, broccoli, and garlic and oil - add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Yummy!!
