My best new find is Ken's Steak House FF Raspberry Pecan salad dressing. It's so good. A friend told me that her DH said it was good enough to put on pancakes. I love it mixed with a bit of 1000 island to make my salad dressing go further.

Wonder Lite Italian Bread. Two slices for one pt. It makes excellent grilled cheese sandwiches with Kraft 2% milk Sharp Cheddar cheese. This is one of my favorites now!!!

My latest low point food find which I am wrapped in is a Weight Watchers product.

Weight Watcher's Chocolate Crisp bars.. come in a box of 5 (only available to be purchased from meetings though) and a point value of 1 1/2 per bar.

They are an awesome sweet and chocolate fix. Expensive though.. I bought 3 boxes for $22 Australian so they're definitely not an everyday treat .. and shouldn't be anway ;)

My most recent food find is McDonald's new Apple Dippers.. They are served with a low fat caramel dipping sauce. At our local McD's here in TN, they are only $1.00 and more importantly only 2 pts with sauce or 1 pt without sauce. They are an excellent snack while on the go..

Combination of an old 0 point friend, meets new 1 pt friend!

Pour a tall glass of A&W Diet Root Beer, add 1 cup of SF FF Blue Bunny Vanilla Ice Cream for an awesome 2 point float!

Not sure if this was already mentioned but....

Joseph's Oat Bran, Whole wheat Wraps and Pitas.
An ENTIRE pita is .3 points. Yes, 0.3 points. No kidding.

Also...
Smart Beat American Cheese Slices. They are half of a point per slice. It is lactose free cheese. Yum!

Also....
TCBY Chocolate Sorbet Pops is 1.5 points per. Sooooo good.

There are other kinds of 1 pt breads also, and if you don't like ff cheese, Kraft 2% is also only 1 pt a slice.

I've eaten various flavours of DARE cookies. This week they have a new one out here - MAPLE - 1 cookie is 1 point, but the flavour is really nice - supposed to be made with "real" maple syrup.

Tofu weiners - I've been eating them for a while, but I like them better than veggy weiners or even lite beef weiners,or any other type of weiners.

Crystal Lite Sunrise Orange Drink...yummy. 0 point

Weight Watchers Italian bread--1 point; its dense and very satisfying; I feel like I'm eating a "regular" slice of bread

Weight Watchers original bagel--3 points; they're very large.

I love pizza and have finally found a low-point pizza that's extremely satisfying--the Lean Cuisine round pizzas; especiall the deep dish pizzas--love the Spinach and Mushroom pizza--6 points. I think I would rather eat this than a lot of the pizza restaurant pizzas.

I like Campbells soups--the ones that are to go--Blended Vegetable Medley soup--2 points...but if you're watching sodium then you may not like this. Of course just about anything in a can is high is sodium.

2% low fat string cheese--1 point

Lite Laughing Cow cheese--1 point
