Your schedule is full (maybe even overfull) and you have to grab a quick meal on the go. What are your ideas for a "Grab and Go":
breakfast?
Lunch?
Dinner?

Good question! graemlins/thumbup.gif
For breakfast, I usually have two-packs of 1-point muffins in the freezer.
Lunches are easy because there's a Subway that I walk by on my way to work, and I can always nip in and get a sandwich. I keep emergency supplies in my desk at work (a pouch of tuna and some crackers, along with a few individual portioned containers of PB and a pack of rice cakes) so I am never stuck in case I have to "forage for food". Dinner could be a repeat of lunch, even a fast food stop.

I'm a feind about keeping finger foods in the fridge and cabinets for everyone. Meals on the go for me usually consist on an orange and breakfast cookie for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. Being prepared is the key!

Very good question. I find myself, more often then I like, in these types of grab and go conditions. One of the things I am working on is pre-meal planning so I am not caught unprepared.
Now for my grab and goes...
Breakfast - Cheese stick and an apple (eat the cheese stick on the way to work) and eat an apple cut up at work.
Lunch - Soup and crackers (can pull it straight from the pantry to my bag faster then you can say "late for work").
Dinner - Grilled ham, tomato and cheese sandwich with more soup (usually tomato).

I keep a packet of rice crackers and a jar of Vegemite in my drawer at work for a 1-2pt brekky. I usually team this with a fresh nectarine.
Lunch I grab cold rolls from my local health store. Yum! 1pt each! Or a salad from my local subway with a vinagrette dressing.
Dinner I will make myself a low-fat pita bread pizza, fresh tomato, FF ham, LF cheese and mushrooms. Minute in the microwave and youre done! Delish!

For breakfast, I usually grab a 1 point yogurt tube or a WW bar and an apple or some grapes.
For lunch, I work next to a mall, so I took Dottie's restaraunt list, figured out what foods I like from all the places in the food court, created a single sheet with all those foods and points in one place so I can look really quick and see what I want.
For dinner...I rarely ever eat that on the go. It's the biggest meal of the day for me, and we usually plan it around whatever is going on. smile.gif

breakfast: peanut butter toast (coarse grain bread) and an orange.
lunch: can of soup
dinner: dressed-up LC or WW entree. LOTS of extra veggies, a little extra protein.
snack: plain, non-fat yogurt or V-8 juice
other breakfast: ww or bran chex, skim milk and Dole peaches.

I always have yogurt in the fridge so that's an quick breakfast. I always keep my breakfast cereal in individual servings available. If I have to rush and go without milk I'll mix it with yogurt.
I keep a tin of tuna at work in case I forget lunch and the school cafeteria always has a plain salad.
Dinner is easy. I crockpot on the weekends so there is always a meal prepared if I'm rushing. graemlins/wave.gif
