How do you journal -- notebook, online, spreadsheet, scraps of paper?

I use one of the 12-week spiral journals from WW. I have more room per day and, for me, it's easier than the freebies journals.

An excel spreadsheet for my extensive food and thoughts journal and weight graph. Also, a cute journal scrapbook thing with stickers for daily progress and magazine cut-outs for inspiration, and quotes and inspirations.

I like to use the winning points journals. Right before flex points program was introduced I bought several journals and a couple months later I bought a few more from a ww meeting pal.
Think I have one left graemlins/sobbing.gif Not sure what I will use after that. I just don't care for the checkbook style of the flex points journals.

I use my Flexcel Spreadsheet. I print it out so that I can write on it at night (or weekends) and fill in the information from the night before the next day. I have all of my Journals stored electronically since last August. I never use the "Check book". I also have several copies of that unoffical Flex Journal that I use when I go out of town. I like them too.

I like to use the 12 week spiral notebook also, I use one page for each day--that way each day is fresh, nothing left over from the day before, and nothing to regret either!

I use a digital journal and when I can't get to it, I resort to post it notes or scraps of paper odear.gif .
Bears, I've seen the regular journals for sale. Although I'm in Atlanta, if you don't see them at your center, you can probably call the toll free number and see if they have any to sell you.
You should be able to get them at a discount if your center no longer carries them but the main office will sell some to you.

I keep a livejournal, weight related posts are reserved for friends only but find it a great way to share pictures and general day-to-day stuff. I also keep a website with a webcam.

Check them out if you like!
Cheers all!

I use the 12 week spirals, too. I especially like the chart in front to graph your weightloss. Helps me to see that I am losing weight, even when it feels like I'm not.

I used my computer to make replicas of the weekly journal sheet I used to get back when I did 123 Success. I have a holder I carry my points book in, I keep them in there. I usually throw them out after a couple weeks cause it is that act of journalling that is important to me not the actual journals themselves.

Throw out a journal? Not gonna happen with me! I think I have every journal since I started WW - it's the closest I have to keeping a diary! I love looking back at old entries and it brings back lots of memories! Not to mention the fact that I have put a lot of energy into calculating the points for certain meals, and it's good to have a record.
Presently, I am using journaltosuccess.com. I like the way APs are calculated, it's free, and if I am ever away from a computer for more than a day, I take a scrap of paper and log manually till I can enter the data on line.

My WW journal. It includes recipes, notes, movies I want to see...in a sense it's a diary.
