What is your biggest self indulgence???

That would have to be shoes for me--If I find a pair I like and that fit well I buy every color. My little hubby and sons don't always understand that.

The only other thing I could think of was if I am going to eat a piece of candy, I am going to get the one I want. You know how it is we change to a better point count and then don't always feel satified with that choice.

Every Wednesday (weigh in day) I treat myself to a Chinese dinner. I always order the same thing (Three Delicacy Delight Hunan Style with no scallops!) It's 12 points and I arrange my day so I can fit it in. It's my special time every week.

Books. To me a day at the library or a bookstore is the best way to spend a free day I can think of.

Any spa treatment! I love manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages.

And books. I adore books.

Designer shoes and handbags! I shudder to think how much I have spent over the years :eek:

I refuse to buy clothes unless I am absolutely desperate for them, until I reach my goal weight!

My DH actually has a category in our Quicken budget..."Cheryl's indulgences". They are nails, hair, tanning, Lord & Taylor excursions, and the occasional new kitchen gadget.

The biggest? I would have to say the hair/nail/tanning or SPA thing. I love the way it makes me feel!

My indulgences are books. I love books, I love being in bookstores and libraries.

I really don't have any big indulgences, unless I've just become totally spoiled and regard the ones I do have as the norm.

I pretty much try to do whatever it is that pleases me, that I'm curious about, or have always wanted to do.

Can you say totally indulgent - LOL.

Mine would have to be Coach purses. I love them. I've gotten totally spoiled and now feel like I can't carry any other type of purse! smile.gif

I have to agree wholeheartedly with digivixen.
My weakness is Handbags and shoes. I have bags of bags in my closet and DH knows that when i shop, i ALWAYS come home with a new purse. :D

I stopped getting my nails done, and that used to be my major induglences. Right now it's probably my too-expensive makeup or my way overstocked library (not my fault, I place the blame solely on Ebay).

Mine is Longaberger baskets--I just write the order, give the credit card, then cringe when the bill comes!!!

In a perverse way I now enjoy living an enjoyable life while spending as little as possible doing it! One example - I combine coupons with instore specials to try new make up or hair products. I love the new Dove and Fructis and Nivea products, especially when they cost maybe $1.50 each.

My biggest indulgence is travel, and my second is cat supplies. Ben, Charlotte, and Sonya get nothing but premium organic chow!

Mine is make up and beauty products. I have a bathroom that's two thirds taken up with my things. Every time I go out I seem to have bought a new lipstick, eyeshadow, perfume for nail polish.
And earings!!! I love earings!! :D

And Jelly Beans.. I indulge in a few of those every now and then too ;)

My indulgence use to be nails. I would have them done every other week. I stopped doing that.

I went back to WW and I joined the gym. For me the expense of these things make them an indulgence I truly enjoy.
