I have quite a few so I'll try to remember the most favorite ones:

The Five Heartbeats
The Joy Luck Club
Frailty
The Bridges of Madison County
Stomping at the Savoy
The Mirror Has Two Faces
The Blue Dahila

As I'm low on estrogen right now, I really can't pull anymore from my memory, but I like these a lot.

The Princess Bride. My all time absolute forever favorite. (my husband brought over his laptop with that on DVD and a bouquet of flowers when we were first dating because he knew it was my favorite. We watched it sitting on the floor with the computer on an ottoman...)

I also really like Good Fellas, Casino, and most other "mafia" movies. I really love DiNiro.

Some of my favorites:

Young Frankenstein
Beaches
When Harry Met Sally
Bruce Almighty

My 80's favorites (brings back all the memories):
Breakfast Club
St. Elmo's Fire
Flashdance
Ferris Bueller's Day Off

And lately, I've been enjoying music & concert DVD's better than movies (Sting, U2, Diana Krall, Norah Jones, Outkast, Dave Matthews, Jars of Clay- anything except my DH's bluegrass collection). I think that's symbolic of the fact that I can't seem to find time to watch a real movie lately, but I can play the music DVD's while doing other things.
