Good Morning Everyone,

Seems strange without Pat or Susan here this morning. I hope they are having a great time.
It is chilly out we had a little frost last night. Well not to much planned for today. We have to fix one of my Dad light fixture's it's been acting strange. DH is on duty at 4PM until 8 tommorrow morning. That is his schedule for the next couple of days he off Mon morning until Saturday.

Afternoon all, grey and overcast today, some rain and cool, around 65. I'm take allegra and a decongestant for my allergies/sinus miseries so I'm moving a little slow.

Chouchi sorry to hear you're not feeling well today, but glad to hear DS meds have arrived and he may have less trauma. You have been really busy the last couple days so no harm in taking it easy for while. I'll try to go to aerobics in the morning if I'm feeling up to it. Also have bowling league tonite so I might be pushing my luck to do both w/ how I'm feeling. We'll see... I haven't had much of an appetite either and I've had to force myself to eat enough points just to make my min.--very ususal for me.

Hope everyone else is having an OP day and drinking some cool, clear, water.

TGIF Everyone graemlins/crazy.gif Well, not too much new today. Tomorrow our work is having an awards dinner for everyone working 5 years or more for the company. I have been here 8 yrs. I will go and use some of my flex points. Then line dancing Sunday night. Hope everyone has a great weekend. smile.gif Hazel

good evening buddies
ive been having some wicked puter trouble but im gonna try this post. i wi today with a 4lbs loss i havent done that in months and months. im trying the low carb diet but not atkin im using the book 6 of last years book.
chonchi its been really nice down here in maine during the days but we got a touch of frost the other nite. i think i mite bring in the geraniums for the winter.
hazel i used to love to line dance but i havent done it in years. its really good exercise
judy my dh is a truck driver and we went through dc today and said it was rather dreary and asked what it was like up here. im just hoping that hurricane doesnt come up this far. everyone have a great op weekend
