Okay, I think I'm officially a slow loser now: 12 weeks on the program and 10 pounds gone. It looks like I'll find some empathy and support on this thread.

A bit of an introduction: I'm a self-employed computer software consultant, married, with a terrific 2-year old daughter. My weight has bobbed up and down all of my adult life. I'm a returning Lifetime member of WW, having lost weight before my wedding 5 years ago. I was even a leader for about a year. I am OP all the way, get my exercise and water in, and still lose a smidgen of weight each week. But, I'm very determined to reach goal and have celebrated my successes thus far.

Anyway, I hope I can join you and help out with encouragement where possible...looks like I'll be here for a while. ;)

Welcome Sue to S&S you're right we're a very supportive group and we'll give you as much help as we can. I'm a LT trying to get back to my goal weight also, so I understand your situation all too well, altho I don't think you've done bad at all-- 10 lbs in 12 weeks is awesome, congrats. Hope to see ya in the coffee shop and gym.

Welcome to the S&S :D Hope you'll join us in the coffee shoppe & gym each day. The coffee shoppe is where we get to know each other better & share what's going on with WW & everything else. We post our exercise in the gym each day.

I was a slow loser too. But if you hang in there, you'll get to your goal smile.gif graemlins/thumbup.gif
