Morning all, While Pat is getting the coffee, I thought I'd unlock here <G>
DH and I rode our 16 mi loop again today. MAN it's wet out there. I can't wait til the humidity goes away and I can ride when I can breathe again!!!

Morning everybuddy, tonight's BioAerobics for an hour. Since it's an extension class it's not as crowded so I'm really able to go full throttle and work up a good sweat. smile.gif
